[ AI CAPABILITIES ]

AI, directed by experience.

Artificial intelligence did not make me a designer, developer, photographer, or ecommerce operator. Twenty-eight years of doing the work came first. AI changed how much one experienced person can deliver—and how quickly product brands can turn good ideas into useful, finished work.

[ WHAT THIS CAN INCLUDE ]

Built around the job.
Not a template.

01

Generated + edited video

Create original footage and turn existing shoots into product-page, paid-social, vertical, captioned, and long-form edits.

02

Product imagery + graphics

Build realistic environments, variants, banners, campaign graphics, and packaging concepts around accurate product source material.

03

Faster ecommerce production

Develop design systems, page components, interactive finders, catalog tools, and custom storefront experiences in less time.

04

Connected content systems

Create researched resource hubs, product education, FAQs, schema, and internal-linking structures that work as a whole.

05

Custom software + SaaS

Build fitment tools, supplier-feed workflows, catalog utilities, integrations, and purpose-built software when off-the-shelf apps fall short.

06

Human review + brand control

Check product accuracy, fitment, claims, trademarks, visual consistency, and commercial usefulness before anything ships.

[ THE USEFUL MIDDLE ]

The tools are new.
The standards are not.

There is plenty of noise around AI. Some agencies added “AI-powered” to the same process and price. At the other extreme, people generate content without the experience to judge whether it is accurate, persuasive, or even usable.

I sit somewhere more useful. I have built websites since 1998 and operated ecommerce for automotive and specialty-product brands for most of the last two decades. I know what a product page must answer, what category structure needs to do, and what bad fitment data costs. AI did not teach me that—it lets me execute against that knowledge at a scale that once required a team.

[ WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE ]

Five capabilities.
One connected workflow.

01VIDEO PRODUCTION

More useful video from every idea or shoot.

Original generated footage can begin with a script, product photo, or concept. Real footage can be cut, cleaned up, captioned, and adapted much faster. A single product can support a hero video, paid-social cut, vertical Reel or Short, silent autoplay edit, and longer explainer—without scheduling another shoot.

02PRODUCT IMAGERY

Real products. Better worlds around them.

Studio photography remains the right foundation for many products. AI expands what can be built around it: lifestyle environments, background replacement, compositing, pre-production color variants, category headers, social formats, and packaging concepts. The goal is commercial realism—not the glowing, over-rendered look that makes a serious product feel artificial.

03ECOMMERCE + DEVELOPMENT

The thinking stays careful. Execution gets faster.

AI compresses the production time behind design systems, templates, components, and store utilities. It does not replace catalog structure, accurate specifications, fitment data, or page-speed discipline. Those decisions still determine whether an ecommerce build actually works.

04CONTENT SYSTEMS

Content designed to work together—not fill a calendar.

Useful content needs editorial rules, subject knowledge, internal linking, trademark-aware language, defensible claims, and repeatable structure. The result is a connected library of product education, comparison content, FAQs, and resource hubs that serves customers, traditional search, and AI answer engines.

05CUSTOM SOFTWARE

When the app you need does not exist, build it.

EagleLytics is the clearest proof: production software that monitors supplier inventory across more than two dozen ecommerce platforms and syncs availability back to merchant stores. It combines platform APIs, browser-based collection, billing, background processing, and real merchant catalogs.

[ NO MAGIC-WAND SALES PITCH ]

What I am not going to tell you.

AI has not made everything cheap and instant. It can produce a beautiful category page for a structure that makes no sense. It can write confident, subtly wrong copy or generate believable fitment data that creates returns and chargebacks.

I also will not recommend an AI project when your problem is something else. If thousands of product records contain bad shipping dimensions, that is a data cleanup—not a redesign—and likely a cheaper fix with a larger return.

Tell me what you sell and what is not working. You will get an honest read on whether it is a creative, content, data, workflow, or platform problem.
[ HOW WE MOVE ]

Clear thinking.
Useful momentum.

01

Find the real problem

First determine whether the constraint is creative, content, data, workflow, or platform-related. Different problems need different fixes.

02

Build the right system

Set brand references, factual guardrails, source material, formats, and review points—then use AI where it genuinely improves speed or range.

03

Apply experienced judgment

Select, correct, edit, test, and finish the work. The tools are widely available; knowing what is accurate, useful, and worth keeping is the service.

AI is very good at execution and very bad at deciding what should be executed. The advantage is combining powerful tools with the judgment earned from decades of building, photographing, marketing, and operating real ecommerce businesses.
